*** These are tentative details ***

I had to change the dates due to me not being able to get holidays then. We'll need to book enough people to make this trip work...contact us ASAP if you have any interest. Moving it to May 1-9 is also a possability...but that is getting close to our flying season locally. This trip was meant to be a good warm-up for our local season.

We are organizing this trip to get brand new students and existing students a great jump on the Canadian 2010 flying season. Whether you are new to the sport or are part way through your training, this will give you a HUGE jump to be ready to come back to Ontario (or elsewhere) and progress well in your first full year of flying. People do travel down South to take training with other schools but the huge benefit with a trip like this is you come back and fly with those people you know, the instructors you know and the same equipment you started your training on.

Quest is a fantastic hang gliding facility. It's been home to many past US competitions and is an active hang gliding park. It has all the facilities for us to put on a great training session - club house with full kitchen, bunk house, laundry, private rooms, camping, trailer facilities and other fun facilities like pool, volley ball courts, tree house and only 30 minutes from Disney World! Best of all is that it is very informal, relaxed and rather inexpensive.

Accommodation Options - part of the attraction to going to a facility like Quest is that it is our own little 'bubble'. They offer a variety of accommodations that are very reasonable and more importantly, allow you to stay right at the facility to learn as much as you can about hang gliding and take advantage of the flying conditions. Check out Quest's list of accommodation for prices. You'll be paying Quest directly for your accommodations but we'll be organizing it ahead of time to make sure there is room for everyone. They have 8 bunks (with more floor space for mattresses) and a couple of private rooms. Once those are filled, you can either camp on-site or use a hotel close by.
